We are at a rather weird point in history where America is banning fluoridation and England is increasing it! The recent court victory in the USA confirmed that fluoridation is an unreasonable risk of harm to our children’s developing brains. The UK government appears to be wilfully blind to this fact, as do the various so-called dental experts.
The permitted level of fluoride in the USA is 0.7ppm meanwhile here in England it’s HIGHER at 1.0ppm – so it is even more toxic and puts our children (and us) at even greater risk of harm.

There are many good reasons for you to help us end fluoridation including:
1/ there's no benefit to fluoridation - the latest UK studies confirm this - Catfish study, Lotus study (approximately 3% reduction in tooth decay in young children BUT none in older children -12 year olds)
2/ there's strong evidence of harm to children's IQ - this has been confirmed by a recent Court ruling in the USA
3/ there's strong evidence that Fluoridation causes ADHD
4/ there's strong evidence that it harms the thyroid
5/ there's strong evidence that it causes hip fractures - particularly in women
6/ Fluoridation removes your right to choose what medicine to take - Big Brother is dictating to you !
7/ Fluoride is a toxic waste product of big industry - our water should be pure, NOT contaminated!
Stage 1 is a Letter Before Claim

We are hopeful that the government will stop Fluoridation once they receive the Letter Before Claim.
We will proceed to Court if the government do not back down. You will have the option of whether to join in again.

This is everyone else opposed to water fluoridation (but not in Group A or B) we will keep your details and will include you in the action at a later date or earlier still if your water supplier makes any announcements! Please register your interest (for free) – you won’t be sent a (Group C) contract for now – but in due course we aim to join you into the legal action

Kingfisher Justice, set up by the Cox brothers Karl and Zac, was formed as a platform for all to stand together for freedom and to protect Mother Earth from exploitation.
Dr Karl Cox PhD is a University lecturer, Nature lover, has published many academic papers and is expert in many scientific matters including GMO’s, EMF’s etc.

We stood with Dr Zac Cox in his successful challenge to the government’s attempted handing over of power to the WHO via the IHR amendments in May 2022.
We stood by Zac Cox’s successful 2023 challenge to the government’s commencement of Deep Sea mining which threatened to kill all life in the Oceans – resulting in confirmation of a two year halt in mining.

In May 2022 we successfully challenged the UK Government by filing for a judicial review on it’s support of the USA’s proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations. These amendments would have effectively given the WHO centralised power to instruct countries to Lockdown. This is a topic of vital importance for National Sovereignty, natural human rights and freedoms.
Now that new amendments are being proposed again in 2023 for the next WHA, perhaps there will be a need to challenge again- this is quite separate from the Pandemic Treaty which is also on the agenda of WHO. see below for more info. Naturally we intend to WIN and are working to prevent this happening and we need your help.
